The process is simple:


Claims Process:
  • 1. You immediately notify us (by phone, fax or email) of your claim or any incident which could give rise to a claim
  • 2. We will acknowledge receipt by return (by phone fax or email) and likely request further information from you
  • 3. If necessary, we will appoint the relevant 3rd party (e.g. a solicitor, loss adjuster etc) to deal with your claim for you
  • 4. Your claim will be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible; way within the Financial Services Authority’s     recommended timeframes
